Meet your
facilitators
Dr Dan Hanson
Dan has been a Buteyko Institute breathing educator for over 10 years and is inventor of the SleepYstrip anti-snoring nasal breathing tape.
He completed advanced training with the Wim Hof Academy in Los Angeles in 2020 and in his capacity as a sleep dentist lectures to professional medical and dental audiences about functional breathing, snoring and sleep apnoea at medical conferences globally.
He is also the founder of breathehealthretreats.com and thecommunitysolution.com.au
Sal Howe
She has a BSc Hons Health and Community Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations. She has over 20 years experience in youth and community development and health promotion. She is a qualified Apnea Survival Instructor, Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, Surfing Australia Progression Surf Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach L1, Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology, Habit Change Practitioner and ASTA Swim Coach.
Sal is the owner/operator of flowstatembm.com.au based in Coolangatta and Tweed. She offers holistic therapy, surf coaching, functional breath retraining and runs Oxygen Advantage and Apnea Survival workshops.
